Digital Strategist

Требования к кандидату

The Digital Strategist provides strategic guidance across multiple accounts, serving as client advisor and agency team advocate to define the right approach for our clients’ business. The Digital Strategist works closely with the various RZLTT roles on web design and/or application projects from inception to completion. It is the Strategists responsibility to understand, document, and track the business needs and requirements throughout the project life-cycle.


  • Perform detailed evaluation of client business environment including customer needs, capabilities/assets, and competitive realities to identify unique market opportunities and threats
  • Conduct audience, user, and stakeholder interviews, and provide guidance to research vendors and partners on research study development
  • Collaborate closely with the UX and Visual Design teams to ensure business requirements are deeply integrated into the user experience
  • Mine insights from research (primary or secondary) and present point of view to the client
  • Use research insights to create user personas and scenarios
  • Moderate strategic workshops on topics including digital brand vision, innovation, goal prioritization, positioning, identity, message and content architecture, strategic planning and tactical alignment
  • Structure and present recommendations to senior client leadership for approval
  • Contribute to experience/creative briefs 
  • Partner with Content, Design, Technology, and Account Management to ensure successful project initiation and long-term strategic alignment of tactical execution
  • Contribute to new business pitches, with specific responsibilities for insight gathering, competitive landscape analysis, creative brief development, written submissions and presentation deck development, and presentation of strategy in live presentations
  • Provide estimates to Project Managers for digital strategy deliverables, and interface with Account Managers to provide status updates 
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, author thought leadership articles, and represent agency at industry events

Position Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Digital Strategy experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, MBA or graduate degree preferred
  • Curiosity in understanding insights that drive human behavior
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication
  • Foundational understanding in traditional advertising and brand planning
  • Evolved understanding of digital processes, organization, technology, interaction design and new media opportunities
  • Exhibit proficiency with computer programs, specifically PowerPoint, Keynote
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to effectively and comfortably advise clients and vendors, and elicit meaningful feedback
  • Proficiency in a range of research methodologies, as well as analytical and creative thinking
